Green Peas Soup


green peas - 1 cup
choopped spring onions - 1/4 cup
basil leaves or coriander - 10
pepper - 2 pinches
oil - 1 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the spring onions and
fry till soft. add the green peas and 4 cups of water
and cook till the peas are tender. cool and add the
basil and blend in a blender till soft. pour into the
saucepan , add the salt and pepper and boil. serve hot.
