Apple kheer


Ingredients :



apple - 1

skimmed milk - 300 ml

cornflour - 2 tsp

artificial sweetener - few drops

vanilla essense - few drops

Method :

Boil the milk and cool it. Mix cornflour in 2 cups of

milk and make a cornflour paste. Add the cornflour

paste to the milk. Wash apple and grate. Immediately

add grated apple to the milk and boil it, stirring

continuously. Remove kheer from flame, add artificial

sweetener, essense and serve chilled.

Iced milk

Ingredients :

milk - 1 glass
elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
sabja seeds - 1 tbsp
sugar substitute - 2 drops
Method :

Mix the sugar substitute in milk, add elaichi and mix. Take

half glass of milk , pour it in a tall glass and set overnight or

till milk ice forms. Soak sabja in little water for half an hour

and add it to the remaining milk. Pour this milk over

'milk ice' and serve.

Jam crackers


Ingredients :

papaya - 1
apple - 1
sweet limes - 4
sugar substitute - 2 drops
mixed fruit essense - 1 tsp
cream cracker biscuits - 6


Method :


Peel the fruits. Chop them fine. Heat in an open pan.
Stir continuously. Cook till all water evaporates and
mixture leaves sides. Then add essense. Cool. Add
sugar substitute and mix well. Spread the jam over
the biscuit and serve.

sweet lime surprise


Ingredients:
thick curds - 4 cups
sweet limes - 4
little yellow colour
saccharin - 2 drops
few sweet lime slices(optional)
Method:
Tie the curds in a muslin cloth for one hour. Cut the sweetlime into two and squeeze out the juice. Do not throw away the peel. Scoop out fibres from sweet lime and wash. Then keep it in the freezer overnight. Mix curds, juice, sugar substitute adn little yellow colour. Mix well. Pour in sweetlime cups and set. Decorate with sweetlime slices and serve.

Ingredients:
marie biscuits - 18
milk - 3 cups
custard powder - 3 tbsp
cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
sugar substitute - 4 tablets
vanilla essense - 1/4 tsp
hot water -
dessicated coconut for decoration.
Method:
Mix cocoa, custard powder with little water and add it to the milk. Heat the mixture till thick. Stir continuously and cool. Add vanilla essense and sugar substitute. Set in the freezer. Dip all the marie biscuits in hot water and remove. Spread the mixture on one biscuit and place the other on the top. Again spread the mixture on second piece and cover with the third biscuit. Finally spread the mixture on top and sides. Sprinkle dessicated coconut. cut into two and serve.
