
Ingredients :
brown bread slices toasted - 4
boiled mix vegetables - 1 cup
thick curds - 1 cup
tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
salt and pepper to taste
cabbage leaves -4
Method :
Mix curds with vegetables, salt, cabbage, pepper and
tomato ketchup. Place leaf on each slice (toasted) and
then put the filling . Serve with tea or coffee.
